  How does it work?

After signing up to Goodsurv, you’ll answer a few questions to help us create your profile and we’ll offer you the surveys that fit your interests. Then, you can start taking surveys and earning $3 for each one you complete successfully.

  Where can I redeem my $3 reward?

There are different gift cards available for each country. For example, in the Australia the options are Amazon, Paypal, Target . After choosing your reward, you’ll need to follow the instructions we’ll send you in a confirmation e-mail, that can vary depending on the reward you chose.

  How and when will I get notified about new surveys?

There are a number of ways in which you can be notified about new surveys: Text, E-mail and web notifications (you can turn these options on while you answer our initial questions), or you can check the Goodsurv website to see which new surveys we have to offer.

  What happens if I fail to complete a survey?

If you couldn’t successfully complete a survey you will be offered other available surveys that may interest you, but you won’t get rewarded for the survey you weren’t able to complete.

  How long does a survey take?

The length of the surveys varies, it could take 10 or even 15 minutes, and on rare occasions even longer, depending on the number of questions and your own personal pace.

  Who can use Goodsurv?

Anyone! Goodsurv is available worldwide.

  I don't see any surveys, why?

Every now and then we might not have a survey to offer you, it happens when our system can’t find something that fits your interests. If you don’t want to miss out when there’s a new survey for you - make sure you turn on notifications.

  Why do I have to verify my email?

Email verification is part of the reward process - we aren’t able to share codes to redeem directly on the website due to security reasons, so we send them directly to you via e-mail to ensure you’ll be the only one that enjoys your rightfully earned rewards.

  Why do I have to verify my phone number?

Same as with e-mail verifications, some codes require phone verification. This is only done to protect your rewards and does not mean we’ll ever contact you via SMS or phone (unless you choose to turn on SMS notifications, of course).

  How many rewards can I get?

There’s no limit to the number of rewards you can get as long as you have surveys available for you and you are able to complete them successfully.

  How will I receive my rewards?

After completing a survey you’ll be offered a reward (or a few reward options, when available). Choose one and just follow the instructions we’ll send you in the confirmation e-mail.

  When will I get my reward?

Immediately! There’s no need to collect or gather points or coins or anything like that.

  Do I have to register in order to complete surveys / get rewards?

Yes, you do. Registering helps us find the surveys that best fit your interests and makes reward redemption faster since we already have all of your contact information. It also enables you to get notified for every new survey we found for you.
